Once you become a client, all information collected as part of your therapy, including clinical notes and records, is kept confidential in accordance with the Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA) and the standards of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). Confidentiality may be legally limited in specific circumstances, such as concerns about the safety of a child, risk of serious harm to yourself or others, or a court-ordered disclosure. Your therapist will review these limits with you directly as part of your intake.

Personal information submitted through the Site is provided voluntarily, and by submitting it you consent to our use of that information as described here, in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

The Site is hosted in Canada through CanSpace Solutions Inc.; all data associated with the Site is stored on Canadian servers.
